Synopsis

Norman reveals how smart design is the new competitive frontier.

This is a great Book on usability and user-centered design.

jbschafer: The first of three texts I use in my User Interface Design course. Showing its age a little bit, but still a classic book that students like to read because they can relate. Probably the only "textbook" I will ever use AND recommend to people for the simple pleasure of reading it. (added at 11:13:25 AM on 07/21/05)

totology: A classic introductory book to Human Computer Interaction. Unfortunately, same ideas are repeated throughout the book too much, which makes reading the book a bit boring. (added at 01:14:36 PM on 07/19/07)
