The pride and joy of Ireland. This Beer is a creamy stout that you can find in any Irish bar worldwide.
The Gunness brewery on St. James Gate in Dublin has a 500-year lease with the city for the land it is on.
jbschafer: Which Guiness are we talking about? Guiness Draft or Guiness Extra Stout? There is NOTHING like a pint of true Guiness Draft carbonated with Nitrogen rather than CO2. If you can get it on tap in the US (again, NOT carbonated with CO2) count your self a very lucky person! (added at 03:31:47 PM on 07/20/05)
JohnRiedl: This is pretty serious beer, though. You have to be in the mood for some heavy charcoal ... (added at 08:48:49 AM on 11/23/05)
Lando: Couldn't someone create different pages for Draft and Extra Stout and every different type of Guinness. I haven't drunken nothing but Tap-version of Guinness (Irish Pubs in all over Europe), so I don't know those other versions. (added at 08:44:05 AM on 01/05/06)
Lando: I could make those pages easily but I don't know which versions are sold in USA (where I assume most users come from). So could someone add those pages or at least tell which different Guinnes pages You want? (added at 05:17:05 AM on 01/07/06)
